LYONS ACADEMY OF IRISH DANCE
Irish Step Dance
The Lyons Academy of Irish Dance offers a learning environment where dancers develop coordination, rhythm, grace, personal achievement, teamwork and confidence through the art of traditional Irish step-dance. With a strong emphasis on proper technique and development of skill, dancers can further their dance experience through participation in performance and competition opportunities throughout the year. Classes encourage and ignite interest in the dancers to reach their potential through positive coaching and reinforcement.
Our Instructor
Meredith Lyons, T.C.R.G., is the owner and lead instructor of Lyons Academy of Irish Dance. A Long Beach, California native, Meredith’s dance journey began in 1993 with classes in San Pedro and Orange County. During her competitive career, she qualified five times for the prestigious World Irish Dance Championships, competing both in solo and team events.
While competing, Meredith discovered her passion for teaching, co-instructing alongside her mentor, Doireann Maoileidigh-Hoy. Her performance highlights include dancing with the band “Men of Worth,” a featured spot on “Jib Jab Media,” and an appearance on the hit TV show “Scrubs.”
In 2006, Meredith graduated from California State University Long Beach and retired from competition after her final appearance at the 2007 World Championships. She then dedicated herself to earning her T.C.R.G. certification, and in 2010, founded Lyons Academy of Irish Dance. Today, Meredith shares her love of Irish dance with students of all ages and skill levels.

ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFFS PIPE BAND
AOCDSPB was founded and formed in 2012. We are a service band and were formed for the purposes of honoring our fallen brothers and sisters in law enforcement. We primarily honor our fallen in Orange County, but if possible will travel to accomodate any law enforcement agency in need of a pipe band to honor one of their own. We travel to Washington DC each year for the National Law Enforcement Memorial. We honor them yearly at our own Orange County Law Enforcement Memorial, and also in Sacrament at the state level. We perform on the ice at the Honda Center each year for law enforcement appreciation night at the Anaheim Ducks game. We also take part in many funerals, conferences, celebrations and fundraisers. We are also honored to take part in any military function to honor the men and women in our armed forces. The AOCDS Pipe Band is made up of law enforcement officers both active and retired from different agencies. We also have civilian members whos passion it is to also honor our fallen.

- No re-entry is allowed.
- Online tickets are sent to the recipient's email.
- Online tickets can be on your phone or printed out at the ticket window.
- If you have a group of tickets, either show up as a group or text/email your group members their tickets. If you are getting Free tickets for a group, forward the individual tickets to your group members as we do not have will call. Everyone must have a ticket to gain entry to the event.

SEATING:
Seating is first come, first served.
- This is an indoor and outdoor venue with seating and standing areas.
- There are 50-60 tables at the venue (Restaurant, Biergarten and Festival Hall) and seating is first come, first serve.
- Live Music, Festivals and Special Events take place in the RESTAURANT (Dining stage), BIERGARTEN (Garden stage) and FESTIVAL HALL (Main stage). You can find out where the event will take place in the event description above.
- With free or purchased General Admission tickets, seating or standing areas are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis to areas that are not assigned or reserved.
RESERVED TABLES:
Limited Availability
- For certain events, RESERVED TABLES may be available for purchase and is typically displayed in the event details above.
- There are limited amount of reserved tables available and we recommend purchasing them early.
- Reserved Tables seat approximately 6-8 guests.
- The purchase of a Reserved Table is for the table only.
- The purchase of a Reserved Table DOES NOT include admission tickets.

The Restaurant is separate from LIVE MUSIC and FESTIVALS (Irish Fest, Oktoberfest ... etc.).
The Restaurant is open 7 Days A Week - Monday through Sunday.

CONCERT PARKING:
Parking is always FREE at Old World!
- Parking is located in the high rise structure off Huntington Village Lane and Center Ave. behind the Hotel Huntington Beach or at the high rise in the Bella Terra parking lot. Follow the Old World Parking signs located on Huntington Village Lane.
- DO NOT PARK IN THE EAST OR WEST OF OLD WORLD VILLAGE PARKING LOTS. Violators will be towed.

LIVE MUSIC VENUE POLICY
- For 21+ Only event, all attendees must have a valid ID.
- For All Ages event, under 21 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
- You may be subject to random security screenings/searches and questioning and agree to observe all requirements for entry. Admission will be revoked and purchaser will be removed if not in compliance. Cans, bottles, weapons, mace, firearms, fireworks, contraband, outside alcohol, marijuana, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, knives, tasers, stun guns, pocket knives and containers of any kind are prohibited inside the event. No clothing or identifying markers of members of hate groups, gangs and/or organizations that do or do not engage in criminal or other notorious activities is permitted (discretion will be left to management or security staff).

- Pets are welcome at our BIERGARTEN outdoor patio area.
- No pets allowed inside TICKETED CONCERTS. Only service animals allowed.
- The entire area is dog-friendly EXCEPT for FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS after 6pm when we have TICKETED CONCERTS
